| This main course serves 2 students, probably lasting a little snack for the day after, or 2 adults with small kids. Tastes good with a French or Greek salad, and a bottle of red wine. | ||

Step 4: Boil the eggs, make the mix Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes, make sure they're dead. Prepare the mix ("HONIG mix voor macaroni en spaghetti") according to the instructions on the package. Basically you have to add some water, stirr it and boil it for a short while. You'll notice how you could use about any other spaghetti mix next time you make Glazen Schalen... | |
Make mashed patatoes. Use potatoes, a little butter, pepper, salt, nutmeg, and a splash of milk. Or run to the shop and buy a package instant mashed potatoes. |

Put the mixture into the ovendish. Cut the boiled eggs into halfs and place them in the mixture. Cover this with the mashed potatoes. Hmmm, you didn't forget about the eggs, did you? |
